Shipping Information

Processing Time

All VZAY Sticker orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $3.99
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $7.99
  • Next Day Delivery: $15.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $25

International Shipping

  • Canada: 7-14 business days - $8.99
  • Europe: 10-21 business days - $12.99
  • Asia-Pacific: 14-28 business days - $15.99
  • Rest of World: 14-35 business days - $18.99

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your VZAY Sticker order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Sticker packs must be in original condition with all packaging intact and unused.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@vzaysticker.com
  2. Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  3. Package your items securely with the return form
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Receive refund within 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Return Conditions

  • Sticker packs must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used sticker packs
  • Custom or personalized sticker orders
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different sticker pack design, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired pack.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective sticker pack, please contact us immediately at support@vzaysticker.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery area (porches, mailroom, etc.)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier
  4. Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes delivered late
  5. Contact us if you still haven't received your package

Educational & Bulk Orders

We offer special pricing for educational institutions and bulk orders. For teachers, schools, or organizations looking to purchase multiple sticker packs, please contact us at education@vzaysticker.com for custom pricing and shipping options.

Holiday Shipping
